Sparkling Clean Hampshire provides professional cleaning services with reasonable care and skill. While we aim for complete satisfaction, some marks, stains, or pre-existing damage — including heavy limescale, rust, or wear and tear — may not be fully removable.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, fragile items, or conditions outside our control. Clients must provide safe access and inform us of any hazards, including pets or slippery surfaces.
Use of our services indicates acceptance of our Booking, Cancellation, Refund & Re-Clean Policies. Our policies comply with UK consumer law, and our re-clean guarantee ensures reasonable issues are addressed promptly.
Refund & Re-Clean Policy

No Cash Refunds: We do not offer monetary refunds for completed services.

Re-Clean Guarantee: If a service is not completed to a reasonable standard, we will re-clean the affected area at no extra cost, provided you notify us within 24 hours of the service.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments: Refunds do not apply for cancellations, no-shows, or changes after the service has been completed.
