1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using services provided by Sparkling Clean Hampshire, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Scope of Services

Sparkling Clean Hampshire provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services, including tailored cleans, deep cleans, and end-of-tenancy cleans.

All services are delivered with reasonable care and skill in accordance with UK consumer law.

We do not guarantee the removal of all stains, marks, or pre-existing damage, including but not limited to heavy limescale, rust, mold, or general wear and tear.

Clients acknowledge that cleaning results may vary depending on property condition, materials, and pre-existing issues.
3. Booking, Acceptance, and Payment

All bookings are subject to acceptance by Sparkling Clean Hampshire. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Acceptable methods are bank transfer or cash.

Service prices are indicative and may change. Updated prices will apply to future bookings.

Failure to pay may result in suspension, cancellation, or legal action to recover outstanding fees.
4. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Access

48+ hours notice: no charge
-
Less than 48 hours notice: 50% of service fee
-
Less than 24 hours / no access: full service fee

Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time.

Sparkling Clean Hampshire reserves the right to pause, refuse, or reschedule a clean if access is unsafe, unavailable, or conditions pose a risk to staff.
5. Refunds, Re-Cleans, and Limitations

No cash or monetary refunds will be issued for completed services.

If a service is not delivered to a reasonable standard, we will re-clean the affected area if notified within 24 hours.

Certain stains, marks, or pre-existing damage may not be removable and are excluded from liability.

Clients acknowledge and accept that cleaning cannot guarantee perfection on all surfaces or materials.
6. Liability and Indemnity

Sparkling Clean Hampshire is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or fragile/valuable items

Conditions outside our control, including extreme dirt, mold, structural defects, or third-party interference

Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sparkling Clean Hampshire from any claims, damages, or losses arising from use of our services, including accidents involving third parties or pets.

Our liability is strictly limited to the provision of re-clean services.
7. Client Obligations
Clients must:

Ensure safe access and disclose any hazards (pets, slippery floors, chemicals, fragile items)

Secure valuables and fragile items prior to cleaning

Maintain conditions that allow safe and efficient service delivery
8. Health, Safety, and Pets

Sparkling Clean Hampshire staff adhere to professional health and safety standards.

Clients must notify us of any pets; pets should be secured during cleaning. We are not responsible for pet-related incidents.
9. Third-Party Property and Equipment

We are not liable for damage to third-party property or items beyond our control.

We are not responsible for issues caused by client-supplied cleaning products or equipment.
10. Price Changes

Service prices may be adjusted at any time. Clients will be informed before future bookings.
11. Data Protection and GDPR Compliance

Personal information is collected and processed solely to provide services and communicate with clients.

Data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Clients’ data rights are protected under UK GDPR and Data Protection legislation.
12. Video/Photography & Marketing

By using our services, clients consent to Sparkling Clean Hampshire photographing or filming areas of the property for promotional purposes (website, social media, marketing) unless otherwise requested in writing.
13. Force Majeure

Sparkling Clean Hampshire is not liable for failure or delay in performing services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, strikes, pandemics, fire, flood, or government restrictions.
14. Modifications of Terms

Sparkling Clean Hampshire reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will apply immediately upon posting on the website.
15. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Refund & Re-Clean Policy and any booking confirmations, constitute the entire agreement between Sparkling Clean Hampshire and the client.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
